Shatera Hillyer, a Washington, D.C. area native, is a 2011 BFA Theatre Performance graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, rated the #1 School of the Arts by USA News & World Report.
Currently residing in NYC, she has been singing since the age of 2 and performing since the age of 6. She is a dynamic performer and confident person who loves fitness, traveling and cooking. Since graduating Shatera has worked with Mind & Media, Inc. filming commercials for the U.S. Army Substance Abuse Intervention Program, is featured on season 2 of the award winning web-series The Awkward Black Girl and won 2nd place in the 2015 Amateur Night at The Apollo.
She is excited about her future endeavors and hopes to have the opportunity to work with the best in the field while fulfilling her God-given passion.
